December 30, 2020 - 2nd Round of Stimulus Checks

We are aware of issues with our Online and Mobile Banking.  The errors are due to increased traffic as customers try to check their accounts for their stimulus check.  We have been informed that stimulus checks being posted via ACH will have an effective date of 01/04/2021. These Federal payments are posted twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.  Please see the IRS’ statement regarding the second round of economic impact payments here: https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/treasury-and-irs-begin-delivering-second-round-of-economic-impact-payments-to-millions-of-americans.  You can also check the status of your relief payment here once the government makes final decisions:  https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment

We will update you as soon as we can in regards to Mobile and Online Banking. In the meantime, balances can be checked through Telephone Banking as well as a balance inquiry at an ATM if you are unable to login at this time.   We encourage customers to set up and utilize deposit alerts so that you can rely on the notification for when your deposit is available. We appreciate your patience as we work to correct these issues.  Thank you!
