How do I get the app?
You can download our mobile banking app to your iPhone® or AndroidTM using the following methods:
For the iPhone®
Download the mobile banking app to your iPhone® or iPod touch® device two ways: On the iTunes®Store or on the iPhone® App Store. Just search for "City National Bank Sulphur Springs" and then install. Tap "Get" to install the app.
For the AndroidTM
Download the mobile banking app to your AndroidTM device on the Android Google Play Store by searching for "City National Bank Mobile."
How do I get set up?
Once you download our mobile banking application, you will simply use your existing personal or business City National Bank Online Banking username and password each time you wish to access your online account information. If you are not currently using Online Banking, please sign up online or visit any of our branch locations.
How secure is Mobile Banking?
City National Bank Mobile Banking services use the same security standards as our personal and business Online Banking services. Mobile Banking uses 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your information and we don’t store any information on your phone. You are required to log in each time you access your account information or bill pay services through Mobile Banking.
To ensure your safety, we recommend that you only download our mobile apps from the sources we have mentioned. You can download our iPhone® App from the iTunes Apps Store or iPhone® App Store and the AndroidTM App from the Android Market.

Web access is needed to use Mobile App. Check with your wireless carrier for fees that may apply. Mobile Banking is available to existing Online Banking users only. All terms applicable to Online Banking apply to Mobile Banking.
We recommend that you enable a PIN or passcode to access your smart device. We also encourage that mobile banking access is canceled immediately when your device is lost or stolen. Customers should download mobile applications from trusted sources only and disable Bluetooth when not in use.
*Online customers must first enroll in Netteller™ online bill pay, and establish Payees in Online Banking prior to using these functions in Mobile Banking. To enroll in online bill pay, login to your Online Banking and visit the Bill Pay tab, then follow the self enrollment steps.
